Flexible Payment Terms

• Secure Your Booking with a €300 advance payment per person.
• The final payment is due 60 days before arrival, ensuring all services are fully confirmed.

Flexible Cancellation Terms

• 45 Days prior to starting date : €150 advance payment will be charged as administrative expenses
• 45 - 21 days : 25% of total tour cost
• 21 days or less : 100% of total tour cost

• However, If your plans change, you may amend your travel dates without canceling the tour, subject to availability. We are happy to reschedule your trip to a more convenient travel period based on your preferred new dates without charging any cancellation fee.
• Date changes must be requested in advance and may be subject to price differences, seasonal rates, or supplier conditions. Our team will always work with you to find the best possible alternative with minimal hassle.

Terms & Conditions

• Room availability subject to change at the time of the confirmation and confirmation voucher will be received within 48 hours of booking
• 2 Children between 5-12 years sharing room with parents will apply child rates and other supplements.
• Infants (0-4.99) are free of charge
